Each spring, the Office of Housing & Community Development creates an Annual Action Plan that must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) before grant funds can be awarded to local organizations.

The City of Missoula has completed its 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan, 2024 Annual Action Plan, and Equity Plan.
Why aren’t there specific target dates/specific action
The Strategy acts as a framework for the Coalition to set more specific goals and action items. They will create an annual workplan that includes specific dates by which to achieve actions and goals.
