Reserve to Scott Master Plan 2026

The City of Missoula’s Redevelopment Agency has started a master planning process for the North Reserve-Scott Street Urban Renewal District (NRSS-URD) and some nearby properties that are expected to be annexed. Over the next six months, GGLO, the project’s lead consulting firm, and a team of consultants will produce an area master plan that will outline a vision and approach to guide future growth in the area.
