Design Review Board for Exceptions to Townhouse Standards: Valley View Terrace

UPDATE: On July 8th, the Design Review Board approved this request with conditions. This case is now closed for comment.
An application is under review for Valley View Terrace Townhomes Phases 6 and 7. The applicant is requesting that the Design Review Board approve exceptions to the townhouse design standards regarding garage width, entry location, and glazing.
