Funding for acquiring, installing, and maintaining the sculptures would come from grants and donations rather than public funds. A community-driven non-profit is being established to raise these funds, with oversight from the City's Public Art Committee ensuring a transparent public review process. Parks and Recreation would manage the park and trail operations around the sculptures with minimal costs to the City.

We invite your thoughts on whether introducing a sculptural art walk would positively enhance Silver Park. Great question, thanks for asking! The City’s Public Art Committee will review each proposed piece in an open public process.  The Parks and Recreation Director will have final approval authority for each piece proposed to be displayed in Silver Park. The initial proposal is to display up to five pieces. Sculptural pieces are expected to be rotated with new pieces over time.
