The following activity has/will occur:

• August 2022: City Council approves Purchase and Sale Agreement with Ravara Development, LLC
• November 2022: Site work for public infrastructure (connections to Palmer, Charlo, and Shakespeare streets, and utility extensions) likely to begin
• Spring 2023: Construction for public infrastructure (connections to Palmer, Charlo, and Shakespeare streets, and utility extensions) likely to begin
