November 23, 2022 Update

Early 2023: Site work for public infrastructure (connections to Palmer, Charlo, and Shakespeare streets, and utility extensions) likely to begin in early 2023. The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has asked the City of Missoula to conduct additional soil testing before site work can begin. The lab conducting the testing is delayed, which means that site work will now begin in early 2023. Stay tuned to this page for more updates!
