City of Missoula Consolidated Plan and Equity Plans Kick Off!

Every five years, the City of Missoula must engage in an intensive planning process to identify community goals and priorities for the annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships funds we receive from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Annual allocations vary year by year, but typically we receive about $800,000 each year to support our housing and community development goals. This year, at the same time as we develop the Consolidated Plan to identify those goals, we will also be reaching out to the community to identify barriers and challenges to fair housing, developing an Equity Plan for Fair Housing as well.

Please check this page frequently if you are interested in this work - we look forward to engaging with you over the next year!
