The Community Development Division of Community Planning, Development & Innovation is asking for input on the draft Administrative Policies for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Your feedback is key to strengthening the version that will go to the Affordable Housing Resident Oversight Committee later this summer for final approval. The Administrative Policies will impact who can apply for funds, what projects are supported, and who benefits from the Trust Fund. Please share your feedback on the policies by Tuesday, June 1, 2021.


Ways to engage:

  • Read the draft policies and leave feedback in the Forum feature
  • Use the Ask Questions feature to get clarification, raise issues, and engage in conversation
  • Watch the brief video about the Source of Income Discrimination Protection Policy and answer the Survey
  • Watch the brief video about the Displacement/Relocation Protection and Assistance Policy and take a short Survey

The policies are going through several phases of review. This is one vital step in the process. Members of the Oversight Committee will receive all feedback collected during the review phases and will consider it during their adoption process. The attached Process Document outlines the stakeholder involved in the review and the timeline.
