Montana is the Deputy Director of the Community Development Division in Community Planning, Development & Innovation. She oversees four division programs and supports the Director with office-wide strategy and planning. She holds an MPA from the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Policy and is a Missoulian born and raised.

Emily is the Reaching Home Program Manager in Community Planning, Development & Innovation, overseeing the City/County 10-Year Plan to make homelessness in the community rare, brief, and non-recurring. She holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Montana and brings a background in community-level program development. She’s a self-described community builder who fuels herself with ample outdoor adventures.
