    UPDATE: On November 23, 2020 City Council approved the Trinity Mullan Subdivision. This case is now closed for comment.


    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

    An application is under review for a two-lot minor subdivision at 2340 and 2350 Mullan Road. One additional lot will be created if the subdivision is approved. The parcel currently contains the Missoula County Detention Center. The Detention Center will remain on proposed Lot 2. Proposed Lot 1 is planned to be developed with 130 units of affordable housing and a navigation center which will provide services to the residents of the development and other members of the community.

    The proposed development on Lot 1 is permitted with the current zoning designation of M1R-2 Limited Industrial – Residential. Subdividing the property will allow the County to sell proposed Lot 1 for development.
