Who's Listening

Originally from New Jersey, Ross earned a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. After moving to Missoula, Ross worked as a professional engineer with Morrison-Maierle for 13 years.  During this time he specialized in designing and constructing municipal and rural water and wastewater systems, working for communities throughout Montana. Ross has worked for the City of Missoula since 2017 managing utility projects for the Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater utilities.
