    Emily is the Houseless Programs Manager in Community Planning, Development & Innovation, overseeing the City/County 10-Year Plan to make homelessness in the community rare, brief, and non-recurring. She holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Montana and brings a background in community-level program development. She’s a self-described community builder who fuels herself with ample outdoor adventures.
