Karen has called Missoula home for more than 25 years. As a Grants Administrator for Community Planning, Development & Innovation, she helps administer the HUD-Funded Home Investment Partnerships and Community Development Block Grant programs. She also helps with administering community-based grants, and coordinating the At Risk Housing Coalition and the Local Government Citizens Academy.
