Key Dates

The Missoula City Council will hold budget meetings on Wednesdays.  You can see the agendas, minutes, and streaming video online.

The Montana Department of Revenue sends taxable values to cities on the first Monday in August.  Once we receive these revenue numbers, we can prepare for the final budget adoption.

The City typically holds the budget public hearing open for a month.  We expect the City Council to vote on the budget on August 31.
