Train Horn Noise Reduction - SID Survey

To reduce train horn noise in the Lower Rattlesnake area, The City is assessing interest in a Special Improvement District (SID). This SID would fund crossing improvements at the Taylor St. railroad crossing and install wayside horns at the Spruce St./Greenough Dr. crossing. Together with MRA funding, this initiative aims to significantly reduce railroad noise.
