City of Missoula Standards and Specifications Manual Update
About the City of Missoula Standards and Specifications Manual
The City of Missoula has updated its Standards and Specifications Manual (COMSSM) to better align with upcoming changes to the Unified Development Code (UDC) and the City’s newly adopted Our Missoula 2045 Land Use Plan.
The manual brings together design standards, administrative rules, and standard details into one clear, consistent resource for Missoula’s engineering and contracting community. These updates clarify how City code requirements are met and ensure our infrastructure supports safe, efficient, and well-designed development.
